what do I ask?So here I am...37, single, in a foreign country and have a prolapse. In the UK the med system works differently than in the US so a gp diagnosed me as having a mild vaginal prolapse and recomended pelvic floor exercises. I have made the mistake of reading about the condition before seeing a gyn and in doing so have found that I may have a third stage of prolapse. I didn't notice any real change in my gyn health over the summer.
I think this is possibly a recurrence of some muscle relaxing I had at an earlier time and had been doing exercises fairly regularly but that was disrupted and I lost track. The last time kegels with a dildo seemed to help greatly but I suspect having stopped, the recent life upheaval and the physical exertion of my last job have taken a toll. This time around a small amount of tissue is visible at the vaginal opening. What do I want to ask a gyn when I get an appointment? I suppsose I need to hear what a gyn says but I am nervous about the prospects and feel overwhelmed given everything else going on right now. If anyone can offer me some insight or topics of discussion for a doctor I would appreciate it.
