Vaginal Prolapse

Hello everyone , I'am needing help with a few questions, I found this website while looking for some anwsers for the symptoms I have been having, I never gave vaginal prolapse a second thought until I read some post on here, first thing I have noticed is trouble with urinating which has gotten worse it feels like I cant completely empty my bladder,even though I need to pee very badly it seems to take a long time to finish, and I dont have any burning or anything like that, and I also have a dull ache in my lower back that seems to be constant, it feels like it is around my kidneys, I also have a sharp pain that hits me every so often that is in my left front side and it goes down between my legs ,sometimes it hurts so bad that I cant walk for a few minutes, it never last longer than 30 minutes or so ,but it has me worried, I also seem to have a lot of pressure between my legs,it feels like something is bulging when I sit or squit down, but it is gone when I lie down, I read some of the things people were writing about on here ,so I thought I would check and see if I felt anything down there, Its a little embrassing to say I felt in my vaginal to see if there was a bulge , but I felt a soft round thing about the size of a golf ball ,it is up in my vaginal about 2 or 3 inches, but it is there, now I'm really scared, I have had 4 children all natural births,all were big babys ,the last one weighed 10 pounds the smallest was 8 lbs 3 oz, I think I might have some bowel problems as well, after the birth of my last baby I would have a little fecal incontinence when I would knell down or squit to pick up something,and I would feel so embrassed about it even though no one knew but me ,it still made me feel so bad, I was wondering what in the world was wrong ,why do I have all of these problems after my last child, he was a big baby and it was a hard labor, I think I tore pretty bad , the doctor took a long time with fixing me up after the birth, someone please help me with my questions ,I dont have any health insurance, so I cant afford to see a doctor right now, and I'm really worried about this, and I cant work right now because my son is having health problems and it hard for me to keep a job with him sick all the time, Thanks to anyone that can help me with any anwsers..
