vaginal prolapse discomfort

Hi am 60 and discovered that I had something not right below about five years ago. It turned out that I have a vaginal prolapse I only have one child but had a difficult birth and my GP said this is the reason it has happened. I had urinary problems after the birth but eventually with exercises and generally keeping fit I was fine. The doctor said that going through the menopause didn’ help even though I stll exercise.

You could try a pessary.
