Vaginal Prolapse

I’m 64 and have been using a pessary for a cystocele for about three weeks. I’m still trying to decide how to manage it - how often to remove it etc. The estrogen cream they want you to use is hideously expensive so I want to minimize that.
It works really well so far. Symptoms are relieved and I forget it’s there. I’d be interested in hearing from other users.

I am 59 and have a slight vaginal prolapse. Part of the time it is protruding out and other times it is behaving normal. After what I have been reading, I am going to try my organic natural hormone which I have not used in a long time. The cost of mine is 21.00. I do hope this helps me and if it does, I will post my results.
