I am so happy to read this. I am 29 years old and am 4 weeks post-partum with my first child. I just found out that I have a grade 2 bladder prolapse. I have been searching the internet like crazy trying to find out what excercises I can do (other than kegels.) I was very active before this and can't imagine not being able to work out for the rest of my life (without fearing an embarrassing leak!) What kinds of excercises did you do in physical therapy?
