I had the same thing done on August 11, 2008. and the same thing is happing to me!!!! I left the hospital after 2 night stay only to go back in the morning because I couldnt pee. Inserted a cath bag left it in for 4 days, took it out was back the next day had it put back in. this went on for a week..... Then went on my own for about 3 days very slow process and then it just stopped again. Finally they showed me how to self cath myself. It was hard but alot easier than going to ER every other day!!!!! Going to the doc's tomorrow, he now feels that he may have put it up to high!!!!!!!!! Not to mention that this is my second one because the first sling procdure didnt take... Hope you are feeling better keep us posted.

Why did you have t he surgery done by an OB/GYN and not a Urologist? Mine is scheduled to be done by a Urologist next month.
