Testicular Pain/ Scrotal Pain

Hi,
I been having testicular pain for as long as can remembered and the Doctors can't seem to find what is wrong. I had all kinds of test for the prostate and the testicles and nothing. My pain is stronger after intercose and if I ejaculate twice in the same night the pain is even worse. The pain would last for several days and the only thing that helps is pain medicine (Advil). I have no other health problems and live a very healthy life style, but the pain discourages me from wanting to have sex.
If there is any one out there that has suffer from this problem and has some good advice please reply.
