Youthful stupidity adult pain
At 17yrs old I suffered a type III ac separation. This was the result of taking foolish chances on dirt bikes. The separation was surgically repaired. I made a full recovery and for years had no problems at all.
At 25yrs old I broke my clavical in two places (same shoulder same stupid reason). I haven’t been the same since. I can’t go more than a few months without pain and swelling.
