Rheumatoid Arthritis

I had this test taken last month, it came back high positive. I had been dx with psoriatic arthritis previously and now overlap RA
I’m looking to find others in the same situation. Does this make for a worse case senerio? How could I possibly have two types of inflammatory arthritis in my body?
