neuropathy and muscle twitching jerking

I am currently suffering from buring feet. i have yet to see my neuroligist. the past two weeks i have started to have muscle twitching (worms) and jerking. Is this common with neuropathy?
Also my GP said my reflexes have decreased to 75%. is that a sign of neuropathy?

Very Concerned.
