DIAGNOSED with MS in 1999 I was told by a Chief neurologist that I would be in a wheelchair in 10 years! Of course I would if I followed his advice and took the damaging synthetic medical prescriptions!

That is great that Kalawalla helped you. But, everyone is different as so with the severity. I have been on injections for 3 yrs and feeling better. Also watching what i eat and trying to exercise when I can. I do have massages once a wk or every 2 wks which help the muscles. Yes, I have my "not good" days. But other diseases could be much worse.
