hi,my name is jennifer but most people call me jen.My migranes began 7 years ago.I was healthy and had lots of energy.And one morning I woke up with the worsed headache of my life.I went to the hospital scared to death and they said it was a migrane.and since then it has been and long tough road for me.I have them at least 3 times a week.I go into the hospital for the shot a least twice a month.My docter has started me on topamax.It takes 2 months for you to feel the affects.Its supposed to prev...Read the full article

just wanted to let you know, you are not alone. i feel your pain! i have suffered with migraines for the past 5 years. i am allergic to most of the medications i tried. I currently give myself dhe injections and ketorolac injections for pain ( i am only allowed 5 shots a month, so i have learned to pick and choose which headache is bad.) If i didn't have a job and 3 beautiful children to keep me going, my life would go right down the tubes. have you tried accupressure or deep muscle massages?
