Migraines - things to try: Magnesium Supplements and ImitrexHi all, I have been suffering from migraines since I was about 6 or 7 years old. I am now 27. I have found that taking magnesium glycinate vitamins helps to control/prevent my migraines somewhat. I would recommend this for anyone who is having trouble finding something that works.
