On April 3, 2009, I suddenly became ill. I began throwing up and had a bad headache. I went to Urgent Care and it was thought that I had food poisoning. I was sent home after being given an injection and from that point I do not remember what happened. On April 5, my daughter had not heard from me since the 3d of April and came to check on me.
