Kidney Stones

I wonder how I went so long with a stone in the ureter, 14mm. I was on vacation when I decided the pain was more than I could handle. The ER thought I should wait to fix this when I got home. I managed to get right in. Stent is now in place,but the bladder spasming was worse than any pain Id experienced. Soon hopefully I will get the stone lasered. I have had this for years they guess so whats the rush? I cant handle much more of this stent.
