Over the past year and a half I have been diagnosed with five UTI’s or Bladder Infections, on the fifth time I went to my doctor in extreme pain, they concluded that I see a urologist and mentioned something about IC, after I saw the Urologist he concluded that I should wait some time to have a procedure done to conclude IC, but that I have all the symptoms for IC

Hi there,

I also thought there was a link between my birth control and what was happening to me urologically.
I had been on the pill for about 6-7 months and all of a sudden I was starting to have a lot of urological issues.
Many of what you have described. Unfortunately I stopped the pill but my symptoms hung around. I did seem to get better a bit but am now back in daily pain (mainly mornings)
After seeing 3 urologists, I finally found a doctor who specializes in female urology.
I am hoping to gain some answers there.

But never had I had any of this before I started Birth Control. I was on Tri-cyclen Lo. It was just a little to coincidental for me as well.
