Hernia Repair

I had recently operated for Inguinal hernia on 29th Jan 2008 using open mesh surgery in India, my age is 24yrs., Sir i want to know that what is the healing n recovery time & can i walk in my house n what abt. stairs climbing, biking. After operation i was feeling weakness but now im fit. Doctor has given me Rantac, Monocef & Combiflam tablets. But still when i m turning right or left while sleeping or geting up from bed or walking i feel some pain n sensation in my surgery n near scrotum. Due to heavy chilling i'm also feeling that my stitches r pulling each other So pls help me out at earliest. due to my young age its making me really bored n nervous to stay all day in house. Doctor has also told me to wear scrotum supporter so where can i get it. Hoping for quick reply. After operation he called me on 7th to check the stitches but told u stitches will be opened on 12th Feb 2008.
