Headache

I have this weird head pain that is on the left side of the head kind of towards the back. It starts in the top and runs almost in a line down to the back of the head. I get this weird urge to sniffel, although I don't have a runny nose. The urge isn't strong I just realize i do this when I get this head ache. any Ideas? I also get these poking sensations in my head,every so often in random places??? Weird I know

Have you been to your primary care doctor and spoken to them about this problem already? If not that is the first thing you should try and see the outcome of that.

You can try simple but very effective and time tested technique of relaxing and keeping yourself fresh & free of headaches. After days work just sit for some time and meditate. Keep yourself away from all kind of disturbances during the course of meditation. God willing you will be absolutely fine.
