Unexplained Severe Headache Pain - Help

Post a new topicby moses&jason on Wed Jan 09, 2008 3:59 pm

Hello
I've joined this forum because I am desperately trying to find out out what is wrong with my husband.
For the last year he has had a constant, severe headache.
He has had all the tests done, but the doctors cannot figure out why he is getting the pain.
I don't know if it is relevant, but he suffers from bloodclots. He has had a collapsed lung due to these bloodclots. He is currently on Warfarin (blood thinner).
He has had two hernia operations (one on each side) and he now has another hernia.
His GP (family doctor) just confirmed he also has a deviated septum. I know you can get headaches from this, but I don't think this is causing the severe pain.
If anyone suffers from something similair or can suggest anything it would be greatly appreciated. I'm worried that I don't figure what is wrong with him seem he may do something drastic. The pain is really taking a toll on him. If there is a doctor out there who thinks they could help can oyu please let me know as well.
Thanks. LA
