Oh my aching head.

Post a new topicby romey-grl on Sun Feb 24, 2008 2:56 pm

I am 18 years old and am currently suffering from daily headaches that last from 5-10 minutes each, along with random migraines that last all day. I've only had this for about 3 weeks now but I am constantly in pain or woozy. I don't know what's causing this and it's incredibly irratiting and life debilitating. I have to worry about school and my internship and combine it with daily headaches and weekly migraines it's not a good out come. I have to work with young children and when you can't go play with them and help them with their homework they get disappointed. I just want to get better and be able to get out of bed without losing balance. The pain is so severe that i took 6 aspirin pills to try to make it stop but yet it did nothing. I clutch my head in pain and sit down to try to make the room stop spinning. Please. Someone. Anyone, please tell me what's wrong. I'm currently going to be headed for an MRI which i can only imagine will be full of pain. (loud bangs). Also along with these headaches I have intense ear pain in both ears but more so in my right and the right ear is so sensitive to noise that I tried to put my headphones in one night and i had to throw it out of my ear the pain hurt so bad. Please help! ~Danielle

Danielle, I also suffer from daily headaches along with many other symptoms that have recently came about. I had an mri and it did show some abnormalities. I also had to drop out of my clinicals until next year because the stress was increasing my illness. I have not been diagnoseds yet, but I am working with a neurologist and getting blood work done. You could be suffering from migraines, or your body may be lacking something. Don't give up, I know it realy gets exhausting not knowing why you suffer this way but you are doing the right thing taking actions to get it figured out. Stay strong and don't over stress because it makes things worse. Good Luck! Stacy
