Headache

   

headache lasting 2 days

ive had a constant headache for the past 2 days.i went to the ER earlier this week and they did some blood work,a spinal tap,and a MRI they said all the tests were fine and sent me home with some vicodin for the headache.but the vicodin doesnt even phase my headache and nothing else seems to help either.im worried that something serious could be going on.anyy advicee.
