constant headaches..........I have a history of migraines and I guess tension headaches. I've tried imitrex, topomax, and axert. I take excedrin migraine almost everyday to relieve the pain. Nothing seems to work. Imitrex and axert do not stop the pain and topomax causes me to have extreme panic attacks. Does anyone have any advice? I'm thinking I need to consult a neurologist, but I'm afraid too.

They should order a CT scan of your brain to see if there is anything that might be causing these problems. I know it sounds scary but please try to schedule an appointment to see a specialists.
Re: constant headaches..........I would suggest you definitely consult with a neurologist - but do your research on your MD before. Ask for references - be sure that you are seeing someone that fits your needs. Many doctors are great at medicine - but when it comes to patients - some lack. Just be sure that when you do get care - you get the best.
