Foot Pain

Hi!
I've just found this web site and hoping someone might have some wisdom on my foot pain which I have had for about 9 months. I have seen a foot specialist who subsequently sent me to a podiatrist to get orthotics
The pain is around the outer part of the ankle and under the foot and sometimes on the bone near the inner side of the foot. A scan revealed that there may have been an intra articular fracture. Sometimes the pain is bad when I get up in the morning. Doing exercise on it does not help the pain at all... probably makes it worse.
I'm really keen to find a way to relieve the pain and make my foot better.
