Toe pain
A year ago I started having toe pain on the 4th toe, when I was running a lot. I went to see a podiatrist and found that my toe ‘clicks’ towards the inside, to the 3rd toe. When I lift my toe, it jerks/ clicks/ moves sharply over and when that happens it hurts. He gave me a toe pad that helped keep my toe in place when I ran and that seemed to fix the problem.
