Foot Pain

Hi
I have a very strange problem. 5 years ago. I went to play squash and I did not warn up very well. After this play. I got a pain on the foot arc. I went to the doctor and he was thinking that I had a problem on the arc and the tissue has been remove from the bone and it need it to be stick again. He sent me a scan from the arc but nothing appear. Not problems everything was ok. He sent me to physical theraphy and they applied heat and cold, exercises etc.. for about 1 month.
