Fibromyalgia

This is not an ad. I have dealt with fibrositis/fibromyalgia for all of my life.
I now use Lyrica which my overall pain tremendously. I suggest, Never Give UP.
It is so easy to do. I also do a 30-minute work out which has done wonders. I didn’t think I could exercise and that I waited to long at 58; however, it works in small doses of moving around and keeping the blood flowing.
I have several stories to tell, but I don’t want to be boring. Thank you, Mona
