I have been receiving treatment for this with 30 days of levaquen and now the 10th day of bactrim with 20 more to go. This regime doesn't seem to be effective, as my pain comes and goes during the day but mainly gets worse towards the end of the day. I also feel hot between my anus and scrotum off an on. As background I lost a testicle to cancer many years ago and later had a hydrocele removed, but had been healthy for many years until just 6 weeks ago.
I am wondering if there might be any mechanical/ structural cause at work here. I am sick of taking antibiotics and motrin isn't helping. Anyone with a suggestion?
