I too have undiagnosed chest pains. I have these pains only when I have a drink. Maybe I shouldn't drink, huh? It doesn't happen every time I have alcohol. I can't get the correlation between how fast, what might be the beverage, or how I might be feeling, physically before I have the drink. The onset happens within a half an hour after the drink. The pain is incompassatating. I can't talk. I feel the wieght of a bowling ball on my upper body. I know that it will pass if I'm very still, and it does, (pass that is). Last night when I had a 'bout' I tried to feel if my pulse was racing, but couldn't really tell if it was my imagination or fear, but I certainly didn't have any trouble finding my neck pressure point. It calmed down and I felt better within the hour. Maybe I have simple indigestion...what a concept.
I will be going to the Dr. tomorrow. I might mention this last incident to her, but the last time I talked about it they sent me in for ....what's it called????...anyway, they did this breathing contraption thing in the office, then sent me over for ....an EKG?. The heart Dr. treated me like I was a total hypochondriac. I felt that he had more urgent patients than Ms.Whimpsome (that's me).
So here I am. Just wondering what's next.
